Arise at Pinelake....

Last night 2 friends of mine and I decided to go to Pinelake to the Arise Womens Service. It featured Barbie Bassett. On the way i wasn't quite sure what i would be experiencing at the service if anything. We got there and had a few laughs along the way. We got in a found a seat and i started thinking is this really gonna be good? I questioned myself and thought ok come on Nichole your in church surely it will be fun. They had a music worship before Barbie spoke and it was GREAT. I was so touched by all those women that sang and praised God with there voices. I began to think this is gonna be something good. Barbie came on and spoke and let me just tell you that women has a fire in her for the love of Jesus Christ. She touched my heart so much. She told stories to make you laugh, and cry. If you missed it you missed a great thing. One thing she talked about was being a missionary a servant. When we become Christians we are missionaries, we are servants, and i realized i havent been a very good servant or missionary. She talked about God being our center and ONLY our center he cant be left or right and he has not been my center lately, but he will be!

21 Weeks

Ok....now she's a CARROT? Last week she was a banana, week 16 she was an avacado NOW A CARROT! Whatever!

My First (Pre) Mom Mother's Day!

Sunday was a great day. I spent the day with my Mom in law Lola and Scott's family. We had a blast eating, not having to clean, taking pictures of Andrew, and just being lazy.

I wasn't expecting to be recognized as a mom at all yet, but at church the GA's handed out flowers to all the mom's and they gave me one too. They said i was just as much a mom now as i will be in 4 months!

My wonderful sister in law Rachel gave me the sweetest card ever for my first mother's day, and my mother in law Lola gave me a frame for mother's day that i can put a sonogram picture in and it says "Coming Soon".

It was truly a day to be remembered. I cant wait to Scrapbook all about it! I know next year with Little Girl being here it will be even more special!

I hope all of my friends had a great day!

Week 20

My sweet little girl is a BANANA! It amuses me how they compare your baby to fruit!

The Baby Blues.....

Today makes us 20 weeks and 3 days.....you would think that would mean the nausea, and vomiting would be gone.........NO NO NO MAM!

I feel like the person from the Pepto Bismol commercial....nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, minus the diarrhea add some VOMIT! But it is all gonna be worth it in 19 weeks when we get to bring home our precious little girl!

I went last week with the help of my wonderful husband and very best friend Tierney and got registered for baby stuff. It was so much fun. I loved all the little clothes, and shoes, car seats, blankets, bottles.....oh i cant wait! I got registered at Babies R Us (majority of my stuff), Target (crib, changing table), and JC Penney (some little cute odds and ends). The only thing i cant make my mind up on is her bedding. It is the hardest thing to pick out in the whole wide world besides HER NAME!

I dont think we will ever find this child a name!!! Ugh.......what do we do! I guess when she born and doesn't have a name something might come to us that we can decide on and both agree on!

I am such a blog stalker and i found this web page called Baby Center on this other pregnant girls page and it shows you how big your little baby is!!!

Our little GIRL is the size of an AVACODO this week!!!! I just think that is the coolest thing.

Ok so update...... Last Tuesday 3/31/09 i started having some menstral like cramps on the way home. I brushed it off and said it would go away. Well i hurt all day Wednesday and ended up having to go home instead of staying at church, and i did call the Dr. I got to talk to this really mean nurse who must have been in the middle of stuffing her face and didn't want to fool with me. Thursday morning i called my Dr office and they said i could come in to see Dr Nichols cause Dr Ory was out. So Scott came up and we went to the Dr got a ultrasound and found out my Fibroid Tumor is larger (measuring in at 7cm) than it was 3/25/09 when i went to the Dr and my cyst on my ovary was still there(they had said it was gone) and it was like 3cm adn that the baby was a GIRL!!! The Dr examined me and said my uterus was way too large for 15 weeks and it was dehydrated and my tumor was larger and all of the above could attribute to the cramping so i got "BED REST" for a week. WONDERFUL!

Amongst all of the above my great grandmother got sicker and had to be put back in the hospital (i was on BED REST and couldnt come see her)! It was horrible. My Grandma passed away last night and i know she is in no more pain and in such a better place with the Lord.

I came back to work yesterday and had some pains on and off but nothing major then we had some drama at work and i got to Wal-Mart grocery shopping and i started having trouble catching my breath, i could feel my pulse about to POUND out of my neck, and it felt like an elephant sitting on my chest. So i wobbled over to the BP machine and my BP was 164/100 and pulse 120!!! Oh that is just stinking GREAT!!!()#^&*()#%$&*^

So i finished shopping quickly and went home and propped my feet up! Scott came in and checked my BP around like 8:30 last night and it was 130/70 or something so it was better!
