Im a slacker!!!!!!!

I know it has been so long since i posted. Sorry! I havent been doing very well on the weight loss thing. I havent been going to my meetings to weigh in. You have NO idea how much that holds you accountable!!! Seriously i have GOT TO get back on track.

Goals for the week:
#1 Write down EVERYTHING I PUT INTO MY MOUTH
#2 Do my walking tape atleast ONCE DAILY
#3 Drink ALL my water
#4 NO CARBONATED DRINKS
#5 NO MEXICAN FOOD
#6 Pray daily for strength with my weight loss
#7 Walk around my neighborhood atleast TWICE this week
#8 Ask my sisters to walk at the park AND DO IT
#9 Make better food choices...........salad vs fries
#10 Eat lots of fish and chicken this week

We will see by next Monday how this went. Pray for me i could sure use it!!
